About the position
As our team continues to grow in London, we’re looking for a People Enablement Manager to manage and aid the onboarding and continuous development of our London team.
Responsibilities
- Identifying gaps in sales skills and product knowledge of SDR and AE teams & developing training plans accordingly
- Identifying any gaps in CS commercial skills & developing training plans for upselling & renewals
- Collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams to understand product features & development
- Working with People Operations Manager to collate and build centralised learning materials stack for new employees and ongoing training
- Develop accreditations and ongoing training plans for existing employees
- Replicating development plans for New York based team
Requirements
- A passion for developing people
- 2-4 years experience in training/development
- A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
- Knowledge and understanding of HR industry
- Ability to execute training & development plans
- Desire to be part of a high-growth scale up business
