About the position

As our team continues to grow in London, we’re looking for a People Enablement Manager to manage and aid the onboarding and continuous development of our London team.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying gaps in sales skills and product knowledge of SDR and AE teams & developing training plans accordingly
  • Identifying any gaps in CS commercial skills & developing training plans for upselling & renewals
  • Collaborating with Product and Customer Success teams to understand product features & development
  • Working with People Operations Manager to collate and build centralised learning materials stack for new employees and ongoing training
  • Develop accreditations and ongoing training plans for existing employees
  • Replicating development plans for New York based team

Requirements

  • A passion for developing people
  • 2-4 years experience in training/development
  • A strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR industry
  • Ability to execute training & development plans
  • Desire to be part of a high-growth scale up business
