What we are looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to join our procurement team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing our technological procurement activities, overseeing the Tech spend (IT/MIS/R&D) category, and ensuring optimal vendor agreements and purchasing procedures.
Responsibilities:
As a Procurement Manager, you will:
- Strategically reduce company costs and enhance procurement terms.
- Serve as the global purchasing focal point, managing end-to-end procurement processes from issue identification to delivery and payment.
- Lead contracts and negotiations, collaborating with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, IT, MIS, Security, and R&D.
- Effectively manage day-to-day vendor relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery to relevant departments.
- Work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle for the tech category, including budgeting, sourcing, negotiation, vendor management, contracting, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Conduct and oversee individual sourcing projects, managing them from exploration to operation.
- Support and resolve P2P issues in collaboration with Legal, FP&A, and AP teams.
- Manage Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Proposal (RFP), contract summaries, and prepare management presentations and reports.
- Handle ad-hoc contracting requests, manage renewals, and monitor contracting needs.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a relevant procurement role, with at least 6+ years in a global indirect procurement position.
- Proficiency in English and Hebrew, balancing global and local requirements effectively.
- Strong data modeling and analytics skills.
- Exceptional project management skills and documentation abilities.
- Experience or aptitude to understand contract language.
- Familiarity with the tech market, particularly with hardware, SaaS, AWS cloud providers, consultants, and integration companies.
- Knowledge of large-scale global and domestic purchasing methods and procedures.
- Data analysis skills and good business instincts.
- Knowledge of the Hi-Tech industry and market conditions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to balance immediate and long-term priorities.
