About you:
As the QA Architect, you'll be a key member of our Tech team, driving quality strategy and execution. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for end-to-end success, from building the quality roadmap to overseeing its execution, while engaging and leading key stakeholders.
What will you actually be doing?
- Build our quality strategy and proactively drive the culture change needed
- Own the quality domain and serve as a focal point for all QA matters, methodology and convention, in the team
- Create quality processes, define our testing approach and set quality criteria
- Analyze end-to-end system and functional testing and report to key stakeholders, highlighting risks & possible mitigations
- Be involved in the design and build process of upcoming product releases
- Be part of an agile team, working in CI/CD environment while advocating for high-quality standards
- Lead the testing cycle domain from planning to delivery
- Work closely with the R&D, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Research and suggest how to integrate automation and AI in our quality flow
Requirements
- At least 5 years experience in Manual/Automation Testing
- At least 2 years experience working in SaaS
- Agile/Scrum environment experience
- Good understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
- Experience with CI/CD testing strategies
- You thrive on goal and result-oriented tasks
- A can-do attitude and strong communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think outside of the box
- High Level of English – mandatory
