Ronni has over 25 years of experience leading global SaaS companies. A former Entrepreneur in Residence at Bessemer Venture Partners, he co-founded and served as CEO of Cotendo, following his role as co-founder of Team8 Cybersecurity.
Ronni has held an executive role at Commtouch Software and served as a board member at Shiur Acher nonprofit and Tufin. Ronni is dedicated to enhancing company culture for fast-growing businesses.
Israel David has over 20 years of technology and product development experience in various successful global companies, including Kenshoo, Vmware, HP, and Mercury. Israel is skilled at developing both long-term strategy and short-term customer needs and leveraging his technology background to build successful products and delivering them to the market. His specialty is enterprise IT management, with a focus on different delivery models such as SaaS, Cloud, and On-premise.
Nirit is an experienced human resources leader with a proven record of HR success, with international experience in multi-national and culture-dynamic environments. Nirit has a strong background in initiating and implementing HR strategies and programs, supporting business growth, and achieving success.
Her skills include aligning organizational and HR strategies, transformation and change management, executive leadership coaching, and organizational development.
Nirit strongly believes that employee engagement, talent management, and hiring the right talents are the basis for a healthy company culture.
David is a skilled finance executive, highly experienced in fast-growing, global companies in diverse industries including hi-tech, software, biotech, and manufacturing. He holds extensive experience in M&A transactions, information systems implementations, global finance, and operations management. Previously, David served as CFO at Movious, Bio-Rad Laboratories Israel, DiaMed Switzerland, and Polygal Chile, and most recently as VP Finance (Active CFO) of WalkMe.
Rhiannon has been architecting global marketing strategy, teams, and programs at fast-growing startups for more than 15 years. Prior to Hibob, she served as the Global VP Marketing of NICE Actimize and Global Head of Brand Marketing at Sisense. Rhiannon also built a marketing consultancy and served as a CMO for hire to help maturing B2B companies build the infrastructure and programs needed to scale globally. From brand to market strategy; lead gen to Account-Based marketing programs, her specialty is spearheading global growth for innovative companies.
Paul Zeiter is Hibob’s Chief Revenue Officer where he leads revenue, customer acquisition, and growth initiatives.
A 30-year industry veteran passionate about building and scaling winning sales organizations, Paul is committed to delivering positive customer experiences globally.
He comes to Hibob with a broad range of experiences, ranging from leading sales for major infrastructure players to leading startups through hypergrowth phases.
Prior to joining us, Paul served as CRO for San Jose-based Robin.io, a software platform for automating enterprise applications. Before that, he served as CRO for Boston-based BondLink, an enterprise level financial services and investment platform; President of Zerto; VP of Sales, Infrastructure Software Group at EMC, VP of Worldwide sales for Kashya.
Adi comes with vast experience in building and leading Customer Success organizations in SaaS companies. In her recent role, she re-built the EMEA CS department at WalkMe. Prior to that, she built the Idomoo global CS org from the ground up. Adi’s focus is on boosting retention by building a scalable KPI-driven CS organization while creating KPI coherency for the entire company.
