About you:

Hibob is looking to add a new team member to it`s fast-growing legal department! We are seeking for an experienced compliance lawyer to work as part of our global team - ensuring compliance with all applicable requirements, regulations, and guidelines for our global group and support our commercial team on various ongoing matters. If you are a highly motivated, organized, proactive, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment, Hibob is where you want to be!

We view the ideal candidate as one who is passionate to learn what it takes to run global compliance processes. In this challenging position, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors. In addition, you will provide guidance, support and training to cross-functional teams worldwide about various legal and regulatory matters.

What will you actually be doing?

• Become an integral part of our growing global legal team.
• Develop, implement, and manage HiBob’s compliance long-term strategy and execution program.
• Keep up to date with relevant laws and regulations surrounding all applicable areas of activity, best industry practices, and internal policies.
• Provide required compliance training for employees on a global basis.
• Support and advice on a wide variety of general legal matters throughout the different departments, including clients’ and suppliers’ on-boarding process. 
• Support our commercial legal team on various matters.
