About you

HiBob is looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager to oversee, plan, and manage end-to-end cross-functional projects within the global Marketing organisation. Reporting directly to the CMO, this role will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, developing and implementing the processes, systems, and management methodologies we need to drive operational excellence and ensure high quality program delivery in alignment with business objectives.

What will you do?

  • Drive alignment between top-line business targets and marketing execution across the department by developing comprehensive, end-to-end project plans and business processes that help the organization translate vision into success
  • Manage annual, quarterly, and ad-hoc programs, running annual and quarterly planning processes, overseeing strategic projects, implementing budget management and forecasting, and reporting on results of activities to senior leadership
  • Continually assess program progress and risks to plan, proactively identifying solutions and mitigation strategies and working cross-functionally to implement
  • Connect workstreams that would otherwise remain siloed, reinforcing existing synergies and forging new relationships across the Marketing team and the entire HiBob village
  • Identify new opportunities for strategic programs within the Marketing organization
  • Serve as a communicator, linking the Marketing leadership team with the broader organization and teams throughout the business
  • Enable rapid, data-driven decision making at the Marketing leadership level by keeping stakeholders in-the-loop and managing escalation processes
  • Ensure the CMO stays informed about project status and performance, as well as upcoming milestones, commitments, potential risks, and responsibilities
  • Interface with key stakeholders outside of Marketing, including Enablement, FP&A, and the centralized PMO team that oversees HiBob strategic projects across departments

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.You’ll be great for this role if you have.

  • Previous B2B project management or chief of staff experience
  • Deep understanding of different disciplines, specialties, and ways of working within a global Marketing organisation
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
  • Ability to work independently, take charge, and influence program delivery and success
  • Ability to zoom in AND zoom out, looking at the big picture, at the details, and at how they connect together
  • Creative, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort proposing new ways of working to better meet the needs of the internal department and external stakeholders
  • Bias towards proactivity, assessing risk, capitalising on opportunities, and averting problems before they arise or compound
  • Proven ability to conceptualise and envision the impact of proposed changes across projects, programs, and people in an organisation
  • Clear and effective communication style that encourages understanding and collaboration
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas and implications to stakeholders who are not themselves subject matter expert
