Payroll is the definition of “necessary evil.” It’s arguably HR’s most important task, but the manual inputs and endless spreadsheets make it a painful one. Payroll is definitely an important part of the CFO/CPO working relationship. As part of Bob’s quest to make HR tasks easier and more rewarding, we are happy to announce Bob’s integration with ADP Workforce Now payroll services, and that the HiBob Connector for ADP Workforce Now is now available on ADP Marketplace.

Integrating payroll into an HRIS lets you create a seamless, one-platform workflow that saves time and minimizes human error. You can use the leftover time to focus on the “people stuff,” such as building company culture, performance management, and learning and development strategies.

Let’s explore why we chose to integrate with ADP(r), how this integration will benefit your organization, and what you need to do to get started.

Why ADP?

ADP is the leading provider of payroll services in the USA and Canada and one of the largest worldwide, with more than 70,000 clients. ADP helps companies manage payroll, employee benefits, taxes, retirement and other services. The company has solutions for small, medium, large and multinational businesses. Its specialists work with businesses to reduce costs and develop human resources strategies that align with the business’s goals.

The ADP Workforce Now integration was the number one requested feature from our US and Canada-based customers, and we will provide support to all customers who want to complete this process.

Payroll systems are often the first software that businesses purchase, definitely the most regularly used, and usually the most complicated. Advanced automated payroll systems—such as ADP Workforce Now—save time every pay period and decrease the chances of payroll violations.

How will Bob’s integration with ADP Workforce Now benefit your organization?

Every company wants to achieve an error-free way to process payroll. Bob’s integration with ADP Workforce Now provides the way to do just that, with no need for manual data entry or inputting new employees into multiple systems.

Integrating Bob with ADP Workforce Now creates a single source of truth for all of your people data, salary data included. No need for two (or more) systems—the integration between systems syncs information, so changes are one-and-done. New hires, promotions, raises, and employee information changes are automatically updated in ADP once they’re recorded in Bob.

How do I get started?

To integrate ADP Workforce Now with Bob, you need to purchase the Bob Connector for ADP Workforce Now listed on ADP Marketplace. This integration is currently only available for customers located in the US. If you are already using Bob, your account manager can help you get set up. Please note that the implementation will take 1-2 weeks.

HiBob’s integration is also listed on the ADP Marketplace.  This marketplace is a digital HR storefront offering a collection of highly rated solutions, offered by ADP and third-party partners, ready to simply and securely share data with the ADP platform companies use.
