Exsitec specializes in enterprise systems including business intelligence and mobile solutions. The company helps its customers choosing the right IT systems tailored to the customer’s business, making sure that everything works together.

Onboarding, data management, and the six-month test

Exsitec, a 190-person company based in Stockholm, needed an HR platform that could handle both their onboarding process and all of their people data and documents as a single source of truth. They chose bob for those reasons, but they stayed with bob for more. The Exsitec team relies on Shoutouts for a social media-like internal feed, the news feed for birthdays and special celebrations, and most importantly, for managing feedback from managers on employees.

Six months after launching they asked employees to review their bob experience, and employees said they loved their onboarding process and wanted to use bob even more. Sounds good to us.
