Connect Bob to Google Calendar in just a few clicks!
Invites sent out from Bob will be received as native Google Calendar events that can be managed directly in each user’s calendar. The organizer of the meeting will be able to reschedule meetings, adjust the invitees or any functionality available within Google Calendar.
Many of Bob’s customizable Task Lists include the option to schedule calendar meetings with people in your organization, such as team meetings, company-wide events, 1-on-1’s and more.
With the Google Calendar integration, the event organizer and guests will receive emails containing the date, time, and title of the event once the task is triggered and it will automatically added to their calendars.
