ADP Workforce Now U.S. and Canada integration details
- Type: Two-way integration
- Sync Trigger: Manual or scheduled sync
- Data sync from Bob to ADP: includes employee data from the following reports
- New hires: details of employees who joined your organization during the pay cycle period.
- Changes: details of updates to employees’ personal, employment, or payroll information made during the pay cycle period.
- Terminations: details of employees who permanently left your organization during the pay cycle period and, therefore, need to be removed from the payroll system.
- Time off: details of time off taken by employees during the pay cycle period. This includes the time off policy name and any reason codes.
- Attendance: Updates your employees attendance records, including the number of days/hours worked and any overtime taken.
- Data sync from ADP to Bob: If you have set up the Pay details integration, employees will be able to view their pay details by clicking on the link on their profile.
