Melanie Wagner joins as Country Manager DACH, responsible for establishing HiBob’s German presence and managing all regional activities. As an expert in HR technology solutions, she understands the challenges faced by HR managers in modern and multinational DACH companies, and is a regular speaker at industry events. Based on her multi-layered HR tech and sales experience, she will be instrumental in driving HiBob’s expansion in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and supporting customers in expanding their local presence in a forward-looking way. 

Previously, Melanie Wagner served as Regional Vice President DACH at Icertis, building their regional go-to-market strategy and overseeing all sales activities. The position followed a long stint at SAP where she was Vice President, Head of SAP SuccessFactors General Business, EMEA between 2010 and 2014. From 2014 to 2020, she was responsible for managing several sales departments at Workday.
