About the position
We are looking for an experienced, energetic and positive CSM/ AM
You will have great interpersonal skills as well as a strong bias towards excellent client service
You will be analytical and high on organizational skills
You will have experience in customer success, implementation or service in a tech/SaaS based business and be able to relate to the fast paced data driven world.
You will have business acumen and be able to manage renewals and upsells conversations.
Work closely with our customers with a constant smile on your face and with the drive to help them change their workplace and achieve their business goals.
Become a trusted advisor and ambassador of change in our customers’ workplace.
Become the customer advocate in Hibob, representing the customer to dev and product
Protect existing revenue streams, identify and neutralize competitive threats
Assess client health and develop strategies to mitigate churn
Meet net retention and CSAT/ NPS KPIs through data driven analysis, planning, and execution.
Build and execute an account specific relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls, quarterly business reviews, account documentation, reference management, and account planning sessions
Establish and maintain relationship executive, strategic account planning, internal advocacy.
Collaborate with our Product, Dev, Marketing and Sales team
Manage a bob of business: renewals and upsells
At least 3 years SaaS account management or CSM experience
Tech Savvy with a passion to learn the products’ functionality
Advantage – HR or HRM background
Experience of accurately forecasting and hitting revenue targets
Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong work ethic, integrity and desire to succeed
Executive project management skills and able to communicate effectively across the C-suite
Experience working with Salesforce & Web-based technologies
Advantage – experience with Intercom, Slack, Zendesk
