What will you do

  • Oversee the collection of outstanding credit and invoices to minimize profit loss while ensuring it is handled appropriately and per company policy.
  • Communicate directly with customers (Via email and phone) regarding invoices and collections efforts
  • Responsibility for keeping track of daily incoming payments. 
  • Provide reporting on materially aging accounts and dispute tracking.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase the number of successful collections on outstanding debt.
  • Monitor, prepare, and analyze collection metrics and goals.
  • Coordinate with colleagues in different global teams\ departments to support unified collection efforts.
  • Implement credit policies and procedures that retain a smooth running of the department and avoid excessive credit limits.
  • Participate in key strategic initiatives and assist with ad hoc projects as needed.


  • 2-3 years of experience in credit and collections
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (XLS\PPT)
  • Fluent English 
  • Netsuite Experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data oriented


  • Salesforce Experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience working with global teams
