 As the Learning & Development Manager at HiBob, you will: 

  • Develop and implement a learning strategy & program that is aligned with the organization's objectives, including the deployment, and day to day management, of an LMS to support online, hybrid and blended learning globally
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Hire and oversee training and L&D Specialists
  • Manages the development of the HR team from a training perspective
  • Act as the principal point of contact for anyone with questions about training and development
  • Help design a strategic skill taxonomy for a flexible workforce 
  • Data enthusiast with a passion for people analytics 
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in learning trends, changes in learning theory, and developments in learning technologies


The ideal candidate for this position should have: 

  • Demonstrable experience building a learning and development function in a fast growing technology business
  • Experience in the deployment and managing of a LMS within a global organization
  • Demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies
  • Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses
  • Able to solve problems quickly and resolve issues
  • Ability to effectively engage, communicate and present information to different groups of people
