What will you do?

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Data Analyst with a focus on Marketing and Sales Funnel analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing data, providing insights to inform business decisions and have a passion for telling the business story through data and visualization. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with stakeholders across the organization.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze marketing and sales funnel data to identify trends and insights
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate and visualize key metrics and findings to stakeholders
  • Translate sales and marketing requirements to analytical logics, and create clear visualizations which "tells the story" using Tableau
  • Work closely with leadership to provide strategic recommendations based on data insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive tangible results beyond the numbers by identifying hidden spots and defining relevant measures to help inform, influence, support and execute business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing and sales performance
  • Managing multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales analytics

  • 5+ years of experience as a BI/Data analyst And/or 2 years of consulting and 2 years of Data analyst
  • Experience working with Sales and Marketing
  • Proficiency in SQL is mandatory; experience working with large dataset - big advantage
  • Experience with Salesforce - must
  • Experience with Tableau – must
  • Strong Excel skills - must
  • 2+ years of experience working in a SaaS B2B company
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong understanding of Sales & Marketing KPIs best practices in SaaS B2B – must
  • BSc/BA in quantitative field in one of the following: Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field 
  • Detailed oriented, passion for producing high level accurate data products
  • Team player, effective interpersonal skills and good vibes. Manage relationships with key partners across different functions. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
