About the role

Our product marketing team is on a fast growth path to support HiBob’s continued international growth and lightning-speed pace of product development. As Market Intelligence Manager you will help build a best-in-class market intelligence function, bringing customer insights and competitive enablement to sales, marketing and product teams to support the development of ideal client profiles, competitive messaging insights, product messaging, positioning, content, collateral, videos, and other assets.About you

A driven, curious, and analytical researcher, you have a gift for digging deep and connecting the dots and are passionate about using research to provide high-quality insights across the organization. You are a masterful communicator, comfortable presenting findings across the organization from customer-facing teams and marketers to executives and commercial leaders.

What you will do

As Market Intelligence Manager at HiBob, you will establish a best-in-class market intelligence function. You will build out and maintain a competitive enablement program using CI technology, perform quantitative and qualitative research studies, and take part in building competitive enablement material.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and evangelize both internal-facing and external-facing core competitive materials, including presentations, battlecards, win stories, etc. You will come up with concepts for both customer-facing assets and internal resources, develop compelling narratives and resonant messaging in partnership with PMMs and other teams, and execute to deliver impactful content.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure that enablement material is discoverable and utilized
  • Develop internal competitive training by partnering with Sales Enablement.
  • Engage in ongoing market research and analysis of industry players’ go-to-markets and messaging
  • Engage in win/loss analysis and methodology to adjust Go-to-Market strategies and replicate winning strategies globally.
  • Understand our Sales team’s needs, and creatively generate solutions. This role involves close communication with Sales, and an ability not only to understand Sales’ requests, but also to come up with creative solutions to address underlying needs.

Requirements

  • Have at least 3 years of proven experience executing qualitative and quantitative research
  • Come from a Product Marketing, and/or Competitive Intelligence background
  • Native English speaker
  • Have the ability to grasp and simplify complex industry, product, and customer concepts
  • Have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Are able to create and present clear, actionable insights that guide company and customer decisions
  • Have a bias towards critical thinking, expertise, and action
  • Can oversee multiple work streams and execute all tasks, large or small
  • Have a positive, energetic attitude and initiative, with a strong work ethic
