Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

As a senior project manager, specializing in Quote to Cash domain, you will play a pivotal role in the optimization of our processes and the core technology we use to streamline and enable our business growth.

As a key member of our MIS (Management Information Systems) group, your focus will be around building the strategy, designing the solutions and processes that drive our end-to-end QTC motion, from opportunity and order management to invoicing and other financial activities - leading the related projects & initiatives E2E.

Drawing on your deep knowledge of Salesforce, Netsuite and associated systems, you will collaborate closely with business partners such as Sales, Customer success, Finance and management, to streamline processes, craft technical requirements, and shape features that enhance efficiency and scalability for the teams you support. 

Your passion lies in translating complex challenges into practical, scalable, and maintainable solutions within the QTC ecosystem.


What will you do?

  • Own Q2C technical domain -build strategy, plan, design and manage CPQ related projects E2E, ensuring successful delivery
  • Translating Business Needs to Technical Solutions: Demonstrate your adeptness by turning complex business requirements into practical, scalable, automated and user friendly technical solutions
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from different departments- Finance, Sales & CS and MIS tech teams.
  • Elevate Sales, Quoting and Order Processes: Harness your extensive Salesforce and finance systems experience and specialized knowledge in CPQ, to optimize our sales and revenue processes. 
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials
  • Ongoing support if needed, troubleshooting and problem solving in a timely manner, working closely with the R&D and Business applications teams.

What we'd love to see

  • 8+ years of experience in system analysis, solution architecture & technical project management
  • Experience with CPQ tools & processes - a must
  • Experience with overall financial processes E2E (Quote-to-cash & Billing processes)
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science or any equivalent degree
  • Experienced with designing & leading processes automation, system integrations, and scalable solutions, with the ability to translate business & pricing needs into business processes and technical solutions
  • Experience with business applications & processes in a SaaS company: Salesforce, DealHub, Netsuite
  • Experience in working for a B2B startup and SaaS hyper growth company (advantage).
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills to drive change across functional and business boundaries
