Hibob Global Procurement provides all aspects of procurement-related services for the IT, Marketing, Product, people experience, and facilities globally.

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to partner with and support our Indirect global teams lead.

The Procurement Partner will act as a focal point for all People, Facilities, Welfare, and IT professionals, supporting their procurement needs in the Indirect category of all Service providers, Local contractors, and commodities suppliers. 


Responsibilities:

  • Partner will Collaborate with stakeholders team lead to develop a sourcing strategy and execution plans for multiple sub-categories (People, Facilities, Welfare, and IT)
  • Partner will strategically lead the procurement stages (sourcing, pre-qualification of suppliers, negotiations, contract closure, and order management) in the Indirect category to drive value creation, cost reduction, and SLA improvements.
  • Partner will manage the P2P process (request consolidation, supplier selection, contract negotiation, Vendor onboarding, and Purchase orders creation) and act as a focal point for Finance administration issues around the procurement process. 
  • Partner will provide tactical guidance and administrative support to the requestors. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements, innovations, and purchasing efficiency.

Requirements

Detailed Requirements:

  • Specialist experience in the Indirect category domain in procurement or experience in People, Facilities, Welfare, and IT positions. Including deep sourcing/category management expertise across a wide range of projects covering Indirect multiple sub-categories.
  • Global procurement experience in developing sourcing strategies, leading commercial tactics, negotiation or competitive bidding, managing supplier relationships, and influencing leadership/peers to drive business value.
  • A high level of English business communications skills, written and verbal - is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Data-driven or quantitative analysis skills; problem-solving and independent thinking.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and maintain timelines.
  • Service-oriented with an approach to driving impact. 
  • Relevant Bachelor's Degree required.
