Position Summary

SDRs at Hibob play a huge part in the growth of our organisation as we expand and scale. Our SDR player/coach responsibilities are split between individually contributing to our inbound sales function, as well as coaching and leading our team of inbound sales representatives. As a player on the team, you’ll bring your experience in inbound sales to nurture new business opportunities at Hibob. As a coach, you’ll nurture our team of SDRs to help them excel in their roles, as well as building a great team culture that’s driven by open communication, collaboration and trust. 

About you:

We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth into Sales leadership in a scaling organisation. You’ll be a self-starter, driven to hit your individual and team goals. To build a winning team, you’ll also be super patient and resilient, as well always adopting the attitude and mindset to celebrate the successes of your team, and provide support where there’s room to develop.

We’re currently working remotely (with a view to be operating with a hybrid-model in future) so we’ll make sure you’re connected and supported all the way, You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box so you’ll need to be great at working independently and really organised. As a player, you’ll:

  • Convert inbound leads as well as identify, initiate, develop and nurture business relationships and opportunities in market/target accounts to generate new business opportunities. 
  • Convert all inbound leads and ensure that they are distributed to the correct regions
  • Perform timely inbound activity to engage with new business opportunities. 
  • Identify key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines. 
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in Salesforce 
  • Plan and create mini-campaigns for your accounts
  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover process

And as a coach, you’ll:

  • Lead, mentor and coach a team of SDR players
  • Build a great team culture with a positive, supportive and winning attitude
  • Accurately forecast, and support inbound function Team Leader with reporting 
  • Assist your manager to drive new initiatives

Requirements

You’ll be great for this role if you:

  • Have at least 1 year of experience working in inbound sales within a Saas organisation
  • Hold a good understanding of the inbound sales function and the expectations of inbound sales representatives
  • Can demonstrate your experience in coaching/mentoring/training sales representatives
  • Desire to progress as a leader in the sales function 
  • Are passionate about people, and seeing them grow & develop
  • Are driven as an individual contributor, but love to collaborate and lead in a team
  • Can multi-task and shift priorities as needed 
  • Have experience working with Salesforce

It’s an added bonus if you:

  • Have experience using tools such as Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Drift, Chili Piper
  • Have experience or knowledge in HR or working with HR-tech related platforms
