SDRs at Hibob play a huge part in the growth of our organisation as we expand and scale. Our SDR player/coach responsibilities are split between individually contributing to our inbound sales function, as well as coaching and leading our team of inbound sales representatives. As a player on the team, you’ll bring your experience in inbound sales to nurture new business opportunities at Hibob. As a coach, you’ll nurture our team of SDRs to help them excel in their roles, as well as building a great team culture that’s driven by open communication, collaboration and trust.
We’re looking for a coachable individual seeking an opportunity that can lead to professional growth into Sales leadership in a scaling organisation. You’ll be a self-starter, driven to hit your individual and team goals. To build a winning team, you’ll also be super patient and resilient, as well always adopting the attitude and mindset to celebrate the successes of your team, and provide support where there’s room to develop.
We’re currently working remotely (with a view to be operating with a hybrid-model in future) so we’ll make sure you’re connected and supported all the way, You’ll have the freedom to think outside the box so you’ll need to be great at working independently and really organised.
