About the Position

If you look around for creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, you’ll find it in Hibob’s Product department. The product managers at Hibob are leading the next generation of HR systems, by focusing on the customer, constantly thinking about the user experience and with a passion for creating products. Between working closely to the production floor, or building strategies with the marketing team, you will always find excitement and a smile in the Product department.


Own a big chunk of the company’s product by helping define the vision, high-level flow and spec, and detailed specifications. Work hand-in-hand with customers and consultants, be the connector between the market and the dev team on a daily basis. You will lead with a compelling vision that motivates and drives dedication across the organization. Take ownership of the results, tracking critical metrics and use them to drive decision-making about what’s next. Run independent research, gain market insights, and develop a continuous competitive advantage.


  • A minimum of 5 years of proven working experience in product management, processes, and methods
  • Deep experience leading product teams and launching new products to market
  • Deep empathy for customer needs, frustrations, and aspirations. Familiarity with designing for user experience
  • Proven experience working with Saas products and with complex systems
  • Experience in team management – a big advantage
  • Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Great communication skills, as the job requires to be in touch with a lot of people on a daily basis
  • Knowledge and experience in the human resource industry – advantage
  • Open minded and curious
