About you

We are looking for a creative and experienced Marketing Manager ti drive our Digital Events strategy. This individual should have field marketing and Account-Based Marketing skills to join our Marketing Department and take part in building Hibob brand awareness and lead generation activities.

About the role

This role will support the growth of hibob customer acquisition through increased audience awareness and adoption with an intense focus on driving engagement with our target accounts. We are looking for an expert in event orchestration. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in the power of networking and process-driven strategies to drive lead acquisition, retention and brand recognition across target markets. This role will be a highly visible position within our global sales & marketing teams and reports to the Senior Director of Global Demand Generation. You will be contributing to the execution of our Account-Based Marketing strategy and will be collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales reps, digital marketing, product marketing, and sales ops.

The role will include but will not be limited to:

  • Develop marketing campaigns and plans for the NAM, LATAM, SAM regions for acquisition and engagement 
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key partners and influencers in the industry
  • Measure, quantify and optimize campaign performance and success
  • Collaborate on partner co-marketing strategy and execution
  • Conceptualize and manage events end-to-end, develop partnerships around events, participate at industry events and conferences
  • Help manage NAM, LATAM, SAM referral plans, and influencer relationships 
  • Produce compelling sales enablement materials from field marketing events to enable regional sales teams 
  • Collaborate on content strategy and implement powerful and engaging content for distribution on the blog and website for lead acquisition


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing into SMBs
  • Experience working as part of a global team
  • SFDC and Outreach experience required
  • Minimum 5 years event or field marketing experience
  • HR tech experience a plus
  • ABM experience is a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator
  • Proactive and a self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills
