About you:
HiBob is looking to add a new team member to it`s fast-growing legal department! We are seeking for an experienced commercial lawyer to work as part of our global team - negotiate and execute various commercial agreements including customers, suppliers, procurement, privacy and more.
If you are a highly motivated, organized, proactive, independent, self-starter who enjoys working in a dynamic, fast-paced and collaborative environment, HiBob is where you want to be!
We view the ideal candidate as one who is passionate to learn what it takes to run commercial agreements from start to finish. In this challenging position, you will partner with internal clients (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Management and Security) in managing, negotiating and executing commercial transactions.
In addition, you will provide guidance, support and leadership to cross-functional teams worldwide about various legal and regulatory matters such as labour and employment and data privacy and security issues.
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least two-three days a week. We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
What will you actually be doing?
Base salaries for this role range from $160,000-$200,000 per year.

When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.
