What You Will Do:

  • Be the Sr. HR Business Partner/People & Culture Partner for our growing population of bobbers in the Americas 
  • Provide support and guidance to people leaders at all levels of the organization 
  • Partner with our Global People & Culture team to promote DEI&B in talent development and retention efforts
  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including content development and program facilitation
  • Become a Bob super-user, leveraging our HRIS platform internally
  • Represent HiBob at customer-facing events from time to time

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor.

  • At least 8 years of progressive experience in a high growth, fast moving tech company where ongoing change is the norm
  • Experience developing and facilitating employee workshops including leadership development and skills training
  • Experience leading change through organizational design and project management
  • Proven ability to communicate and coach across all levels of the organization
  • Strong operational thinker, with a knack for solving problems and building solutions
  • Ability to navigate confidential information with professional maturity
  • A genuine interest in forward thinking people practices

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least three days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**
