About You

You’ll be passionate about delivering a great customer experience to our users and be well versed in handling tough questions on the latest and greatest HR practices. You’re a quick learner and serious about making an impact at an organization set on becoming the number one player in the HCM space. The ideal candidate would be an experienced HR Professional looking to take an exciting step into the HR Tech space.

What will you do? 

  • Being the main point of contact for your SME area for our Customer Success Managers, Implementation Managers, and ultimately our customers
  • Act as a subject matter expert of bob’s payroll module within the professional services organization
  • Identify the clients needs and guide them on ways to configure the module through the implementation phase
  • Identify and analyze the latest trends and best practices in your SME area on an ongoing basis
  • Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Dev, Product, & Account teams
  • Be the main focal point to PM & RnD on clients needs and feature requests

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office at least two days a week We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**


Base salaries for this role range from $100,000 - $160,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.

When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • Experience of at least 2 years as a HR Professional in the areas of payroll, expense management, compliances and customer reports, preferably within a fast growing organization
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong negotiation skills needed to liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent excel & data manipulation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to interact with product development teams around delivery/roadmap
  • A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
