As a Sr. Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape and fostering seamless interactions within the HiBob ecosystem. What will you do? 

  • Partner with the Sales organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of prospects' diverse systems, offering informed advice on optimal solutions to integrate with the HiBob ecosystem while building a prospect-facing data flow diagram.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for any integration-related queries from our prospects, providing clarity and guidance throughout the integration process.
  • Expand the integration expertise and knowledge of our team, staying up to date on industry trends and evolving technologies.
  • Work closely with our inbound partners, overseeing the onboarding process, certifying integrations, and providing support for any questions or challenges that arise during onboarding and post-launch.
  • Collaborate with client-facing teams to address partner escalations, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Act as the voice of our prospects and partners, conveying their insights and needs to our product team for continuous improvement in integrations and API functionalities.
  • Contribute to the building and improvement of processes, fostering efficiency and effectiveness for prospects, internal teams, and partners.

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

Base salaries for this role range from $160,000 - $200,000 per year.

Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates’ depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 6+ years of technical presale experience in a SaaS product - must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical customers - must
  • Hands-on experience with Cloud concepts and platforms (REST APIs, Webhooks, SQL, SSO, AWS, Azure, SSO, and others) - must
  • Familiarity with Directories and IDPs (AD, LDAP, Google Workspace, OKTA, etc)
  • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Recruitment systems (ADP, Workday, Paylocity, Greenhouse, etc.)
  • Experience/familiarity in one (or more) HR process strategies of Compensation, Talent, and Workforce Planning - advantage
  • Client Facing technical support Tier 3 / 4 in SaaS - preferred
  • Experience working in complex IT environments - preferred
  • Excellent time management, project management, prioritization, and sense of ownership skills
  • Experience with Visio or other diagramming and vector graphics application
