About The Position
We are looking for a tech-savvy Business Operations Manager to join our growing team! If you're a tech, process, and data-oriented person, this is your opportunity to make a major contribution at a high-growth startup.

This role is all about executing the company’s vision and strategy by planning and leading cross-functional and holistic solutions & business processes.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with various departments (CS, Product, Development, Finance, etc.) to define operational planes and requirements aligning with the business goals
- Plan, manage and monitor cross-functional projects and initiatives to support the company's scaling
- Translate business requirements to detailed designs across all layers: systems, processes, environments, tracking, and reporting
- Define and implement strategic KPIs, metrics, and milestones to improve business performance
- Develop analysis and reports to identify gaps, opportunities, and threats in the company’s business flows
- Define best practices, playbooks, and guidelines
- Lead communication and change management processes across the company
You’ll be great for this role if you:
- 4+ years of experience working in Business Operations, Project Management, Information systems, or Management Consulting
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science or any equivalent degree
- Proven ability to lead teams without authority and drive complex and impactful changes
- Able to translate business needs into business processes and solutions
- Experienced with planning processes automation, system integrations, and scalable solutions
- Proven experience in writing specifications & design documents
- Strong quantitative capabilities and the ability to translate results into actionable insights
- Strong knowledge of Business Applications (Salesforce must) and BI tools (Tableau advantage)
- Experience in working for a B2B startup and SaaS hypergrowth company (advantage).
- Great interpersonal and communication skills to drive change across functional and business boundaries
