About the position:

The Senior Director of Global Demand Generation is a strategic and results-driven Marketing leader responsible for helping Hibob raise awareness, drive engagement and deliver pipeline. S/he and her/his team will work hand-in-hand with the Sales organization and Marketing peers to plan, develop and execute campaigns and events that enable us to strategically penetrate the best-fit accounts in the regions in which we operate.

  • Architect the unique strategic demand and field marketing plans for each of the operating regions 
  • Define and lead the company’s ABM strategy, including account research, planning and campaigns
  • Build the programs, online/offline events and playbooks - from acquisition, to renewal and upsell
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive global target account list and database of named contacts
  • Coordinate and leverage the contributions of Hibob’s digital marketing, content/creative, and BDR/Sales teams to drive program success
  • Communicate, educate and engage the Sales team regarding new and planned marketing events and activities including global, regional and local programs
  • Evaluate, select and manage vendors and events that contribute to demand creation programs 
  • Define and monitor the KPIs by which we will track program success and work with our RevOps/BI teams to build the data and metrics packages needed to measure both operational effectiveness and program outcomes


Job Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 year’s experience leading a comprehensive demand gen function - strategy, tactics, campaigns - in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Global experience
  • Experience building and managing a high performing team
  • Structured, disciplined and strong project management that will enable the orchestration of many team members and concurrent campaigns and activities 
  • Analytical orientation 
  • Exceptional ability to effectively communicate, influence, negotiate

  • Are experienced and fluent with TOPO and/ or ITSMA ABM disciplines
