About The Role

We’re looking for an experienced performance acquisition manager for our growing Demand Generation team, with the goal of improving paid campaign performance, expanding to new channels, and increasing revenue and growth. The right person is consistently focused on improvement and optimization and knows how to work collaboratively as part of a team. This position is a hands-on position. 

What Will You Do:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of paid channels campaigns, and will also be tasked with expanding to other media platforms.  

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance of large-scale search, display, and video campaigns on Google, Youtube, Bing and additional platforms.
  • Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies. Build performance reporting and communicate results across the team.
  • Collaborate with other teams and team members such as design, social, content, sales, product marketing, web and SEO to develop creative and successful campaigns that impact business goals. 
  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.
  • Run ongoing A/B tests on different activity parameters.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Collaborate/manage agencies and other vendor partners.


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in running international paid search ad campaigns on Google.
  • High Level of English – mandatory.
  • Knowledge of analytics and marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Marketo, Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce).
  • Technical and analytical orientation.
  • Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, multitasking.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Knows how to work collaboratively as part of a team.
