About the position:

The Sr. Director of Marketing - Americas is a strategic and results-driven leader responsible for helping Hibob raise awareness, drive engagement and deliver pipeline for the Americas. The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in managing teams, building & executing strategic GTM Plans, and measuring/communicating program results. Reporting to the company CMO, they and their team will work hand-in-hand with the Sales organization and Marketing peers to plan, develop, execute and communicate campaigns, programs and events that lead us to deliver on the company’s regional goals and objectives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic alignment and regular communications with Sales & Sales leadership across the region to ensure a clear understanding of the ways in which Marketing programs support regional revenue objectives 
  • Define the strategic brand, demand and field marketing objectives and plans for each of the unique operating subregions across the Americas
  • Work hand in hand with specialized Marketing functional teams such as Brand and Digital to align Marketing execution with the specific goals and objectives of the region
  • Develop and lead a high performing regional field marketing team responsible for execution of local campaigns and events
  • Define and lead regional account based GTM strategy, including target account list development, account research, campaign planning, Sales alignment
  • Communicate, educate and engage the Sales & Management teams regarding new and planned regional and local marketing programs
  • Define, monitor and report on the KPIs by which we will track program success and work with our RevOps/BI teams to build the data and metrics packages needed to measure both operational effectiveness and program outcomes

Requirements

  • 10-15 year’s experience leading a comprehensive regional or global demand gen function - strategy, tactics, campaigns - in a high-growth SaaS company
  • Strong analytical orientation 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication abilities allowing for effective collaboration, execution and transparency
  • Broad experience building teams and programs across the Americas
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with the ability to coach seasoned team members that challenge the status quo
  • Structured, disciplined and collaborative approach that will enable the orchestration of many team members and concurrent campaigns and activities
