About the role

We're looking for an experienced people leader to manage our team of Implementation Managers who focus on some of our most complex, and strategically important customer accounts. These businesses are usually some of our largest, and therefore have more complex implementation requirements. As we continue to move up-market, the proportion of our customers that fit this need is continuing to grow. We're looking for someone who can make sure that our Implementation Managers, and the wider Professional Services teams, are equipped with the tools and processes we need to deliver for our strategic customers and meet their needs, now and into the future.

What will you do? 

  • Grow, lead and mentor a group of Implementation Managers who focus on our large and strategic customers (c. 1000 employee's plus businesses)
  • Build onboarding processes suited for large customers and internal escalation processes
  • Work closely with our sales team on presenting our enterprise onboarding offering to prospects
  • Identify and analyse project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis
  • Analyse operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal work streams
  • Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Dev, Product, & Account teams

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. If you don’t have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we’d still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • Management experience of at least 3 years managing customer-facing, project management teams
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry, bonus points for experience in HR tech
  • Strong relationship building skills with client c-level executives
  • Strong prioritisation skills
  • A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
