About you: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Renewal Manager with a can-do attitude who loves to get stuff done and is passionate about our customers' business success. This individual is great at time management and prioritisation and is experienced in working at high volume and fast paced environments to achieve the business goals assigned to them. This is a great entry-level opportunity for anyone moving from role similar to BDR, looking to take their first steps in to CS Management.

Great interpersonal skills through the digital channels as well as being process driven and operational, with sharp negotiation and communication capabilities.

What will you do?

The Renewal Manager is responsible for owning and executing renewals for their assigned portfolio of accounts globally, playing a critical role in ensuring their continued success.

Their primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the renewal process, while striving to improve it by automatic, creating playbooks and developing scalable negotiation techniques.. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize renewal rate of the assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Protect and enhance customer trust and satisfaction
  • Accurately maintain the segment’s renewal pipeline
  • Interact with Customer Success groups, CS Operations, MIS, Legal and Finance teams on an ongoing basis. 
  • Adopt and apply renewal best practices to maximize scalability 
  • Leverage customer data and behavior to assess the health of each renewal
  • Identify risk and detractors and react to improve satisfaction 


  • Demonstratable experience in customer facing roles (such as sales, SDR/BDR, account management, customer success) for a Saas business. 
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, ability to manage a pipeline of renewals, ability to work independently
  • Strong negotiation and business skills, written and verbal and experience interacting with customers.
  • Process oriented to create business efficiencies
  • Positive, proactive, can-do attitude with a customer-first mindset while keeping the best interest of Hibob intact.
  • Ability to ensure clear communication to all stakeholders and accurate proposals that reflect the appropriate solutions and pricing.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, including the drive to find answers to complex problems and translate data into business insights.
  • Accurate sense of urgency and loves to work in a dynamic environment
  • Competency in Salesforce, Dealhub (or similar), and Excel. Advantage: ChurnZero (or similar)
