About the Position
This position is a key role within the Brand Marketing organisation, managing projects and resources of planned as well as ad-hoc creative requests, and providing operational support across the whole Brand group. This would resource management of our internal creative team, coordinating the outsourcing of creative requests to our approved agency partners, coordinating business reviews with our agency partners and managing POs and invoices would also be a key responsibility.
The role is focused on providing fast and accurate project management support to enable efficient delivery of creative requests in support of demand, awareness, event, corporate, global, and strategic brand initiatives. This includes project planning and engagement processes, effective use of tools and systems related to project intake, team briefings and task assignment and workflow, and the adherence to SLAs for “on time, on budget and on brief” delivery of all creative services projects.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for working with the Global Programs Planner to properly plan for resource utilisation in the upcoming quarter against key clients’ projects in order to smoothly manage/meet expectations of the internal clients. Further, this role will regularly assist with budgeting as it relates to employing internal and external resources necessary for creative services. Lastly, this role will regularly report on project load and SLA performance, identification of skill-set gaps within the in-house services, and the regular performance reviews of external agencies partners.
You are an experienced creative services project/production specialist, who wakes up every morning thinking how the Brand Group’s creative team can best meet and exceed the HiBob organisation’s expectations regarding delivery of high-quality creative. You have experience working in a global company and understand the challenges and benefits of working across multiple time zones.
You understand the dual masters we serve: both our brand’s extremely high bar of creative and branding excellence (and the processes required to achieve this), as well as our client’s demanding schedules of project delivery and strategic excellence that often times requires careful reconciliation. Your veteran experience in creative services allows you to speak both the language of the Brand Group’s creative leaders, writers and designers, as well as the language of our marketing, sales, product, and HR leadership. In particular, your past collaborations with marketing and other corporate leaders means you understand the fundamentals of modern marketing, the SAAS consumer, brand building in the hyper-competitive HR category, and the byzantine world of software development and regular releases. Lastly, you are someone who wants to work where the leadership and colleagues genuinely cares about customer success, they are dedicated to the well-being and career growth of their employees, and where everyone feels included. With your experience, passion and influence, you’ll hit the ground running on Day 1.
