What will you do?

HiBob is looking for a talented Marketing Designer to join our Creative Team, reporting to the Creative Director and working directly with the Performance Content Manager, copywriter, and Performance/ABM Marketing teams. The designer will play a key role in creating the visual assets that impact landing pages, digital assets, and various digital marketing campaigns.

You’ll join our growing European marketing team based out of Lisbon.

  • Design a wide variety of performance marketing materials, including emails, digital banners, social media graphics, landing pages, infographics, and more.
  • Run continuous creative experiments in each performance channel to uncover insights that accelerate HiBob’s creative testing strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to produce best-in-class performance marketing assets
  • Innovate continually to build new marketing campaign concepts that engage our customers and prospects
  • Take complete ownership of projects and independently bring ideas from concept to completion, exploring various solutions and accepting feedback from the performance marketing team.
  • Work closely with the performance marketing team to iterate on and improve designs to hit marketing goals and KPIs.
  • Spend time dreaming up new ideas for ads and innovative ways to convert clicks to leads–writing and measuring converting copy is your passion.


  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design from a recognised university
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital design, preferably for B2B/SaaS business
  • Experience and/or exposure to designing for HR and work trends is a plus.
  • High proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, and Figma
  • A portfolio showcasing a broad spectrum of creative marketing work
  • Positive attitude and excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt, switch gears, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
