What we’re looking for:

Hibob is looking to add a new team member to establish our Commercial Desk in the UK, to support our rapidly growing high-tech company in closing deals worldwide, renew existing customers, leverage pricing strategy, quote management, facilitating contract review and ensuring the proper closure of each deal. This position is part of the Business Operations team and works collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Sales and Operations to ensure deals are executed with efficiency and accuracy.

This position reports to the Head of Business Operations.

What will you do:

  • Support the Sales and Customer Success teams in processing quotes, getting discount approval, ensuring compliance with published policies and accelerate deal efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy of closed deals.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc.) to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure.
  • Maintain and enforce agreed-upon approval processes and SLAs.
  • Support the Sales teams in providing responses to RFI/RFP documents

Requirements

What should you have?

  • 5+ years of proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Commercial Desk, Sales Operations experience
  • Salesforce experience – Required (Admin experience preferred)
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communicator, problem-solver and project manager
  • Prior experience working with multi-national teams
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple matters and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a remote position
  • Previous working experience within a software startup – Required
  • BA in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering degree or LL.B
