We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our sharp and professional Finance Team. In this role, you will assist in managing Hibob Israeli site's day-to-day accounting and finances.

What will you do?

  • Manage the day-to-day bookkeeping, maintaining the books up to date of the Israeli subsidiary
  • Managing month-end close of the Israeli site including all cut-off provisions (Prepare prepaid expenses and accrued expenses, etc.)
  • Reporting to all tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax/vendors).
  • The full responsibility of vendor management E2E: Communication with external vendors, internal approval flow and communication with Company’s managers, prepare and manage the payments cycles (wires/ACH) to local and foreign vendors and vendor reconciliation and aging report
  • Weekly bank reconciliation
  • Managing month-end close of the Israeli site including all cut-off provisions (Prepare prepaid expenses and accrued expenses, etc.)
  • Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
  • Preparing financial and administrative reports as needed
  • Reporting to all tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax/vendors).

Requirements

  •  Type 2 bookkeeper with proven experience - A Must
  • Have at least 3 years of bookkeeping experience in global companies – A Must
  • Good verbal and written skills in English – A Must
  • Experience in High-tech/start-up companies – An advantage
  • Experience with NetSuite - An advantage
  • Highly organized and reliable with strong attention to details
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills especially excel
