About the Role

At Hibob. it’s super important for us to walk the walk, and talk the talk so we’re looking for a passionate people-person to join our global People & Culture team as a Director for our US region. You’ll report to Hibob’s Chief People Officer, and work closely with the People & Culture Partners. We’re looking for a candidate who’s hot on HR tech, able to support Hibob’s accelerating growth while maintaining our thriving culture and atmosphere, and bringing their experience in L&D to take our US teams of bobbers to the next level in their careers.

**US-based role with head office in NYC**

What will you get up to?

  • Oversee all aspects of people practices and processes for Hibob’s US region
  • Nurture and invest in all aspects of our culture 
  • Work alongside local managers to provide coaching and mentoring
  • Support career development for bobbers across Hibob’s US region.


You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • Around 10+ years of experience in senior HR positions
  • Experience in various HR digital tools and platforms
  • Experience supporting managers growth
  • Experience in advocacy for diversity, equality, inclusion, and belonging
  • Previous experience working with global teams and cultures
  • A good understanding of local HR compliance and legislation
  • Excellent design & delivery skills

It’s a bonus if you have:

  • Experience working at SaaS/technology companies
  • The skills/desire to represent Hibob and discuss HR trends on webinar panels and social media 
  • Additional language is an advantage
