About You

Hibob is looking to add a leader to our Commercial Desk team, to support our rapidly growing high-tech company in closing deals worldwide, renew existing customers, leverage pricing strategy, quote management, facilitating contract review, and ensuring the proper closure of each deal. This position is part of the Business Operations team and works collaboratively with internal stakeholders such as Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to ensure deals are executed with efficiency and accuracy.

This position reports to the Head of Business Operations.

What will you do:

  • Manage the Commercial Desk team, build plans to address field requirements, and manage the team to ensure high-quality service and execution.
  • Support the Marketing in processing quotes, getting discount approval, ensuring compliance with published policies, and accelerate deal efficiency.
  • Ensure data accuracy of closed deals.
  • Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, etc.) to identify acceptable options to facilitate deal closure.
  • Maintain and enforce agreed-upon approval processes and SLAs.
  • Support the Sales teams in providing responses to RFI/RFP documents

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven success in SaaS/B2B industry, Commercial Desk, Sales Operations experience.
  • 2+ years in a managerial position (remote management preferred)
  • Salesforce experience – Required (Admin skill preferred)
  • Highly organized, customer-focused, innovative, and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and project manager
  • Ability to effectively manage a team and comply with conflicting priorities
  • Ability to thrive in a remote position
  • General high-tech / startup / software / multi-national experience – Required
  • BA in Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering degree or LL.B
