About the role
We are looking for a talented IT Support Specialist to join our IT department. This is a great opportunity to be the ‘go to’ person in the UK for all things IT and supporting our teams. (we mainly work with Macs)
What Will You Do:
- Respond to users requests and issues related to workstation hardware and software, network connectivity, audio / video and web conferencing systems
- Perform account administration, software installation, and other routine activities
- Install and manage Windows and MacOS systems
- Support with corporate cloud services such as Okta, G Suite, Jamf, Zoom, Zendesk, Office 365 and more
- Manage and support corporate services, such as printers, network, and conferencing rooms
- Manage the Onboarding / Off-boarding processes
- Work on technological challenging projects
- 1-2 years of experience as an IT help desk technician from a SaaS company
- Experience performing Tier 1, 2 troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows and Apple macOS
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Self-motivated and self-directed – with the ability to take a task and run with it through completion
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
