About the role

We are looking for an Office & Experience Manager to join our growing company, to organize and coordinate administration and employee experience duties. Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. You will work in a tech environment using a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases etc.)

What you will do

  • Ensure a positive office atmosphere and employee satisfaction
  • Manage the day to day office routines including office inventory, food orders, office supplies, and maintenance
  • Be the first point of contact for managers and employees on all office needs including maintenance, mailing, shipping, office supplies, office equipment, and administrative bills
  • Support in execution of the company’s wellness & welfare activities


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, other SW tools - a huge advantage
