About the Role

We are growing our finance team to support our continued international growth. As a Subsidiaries Controller at Hibob you will oversee company’s financial records, manage the day to day operational activity, supervise the bookkeeping team, will be in charge on performing financial reports, optimizing financial processes and controls, support statutory audit for the Israeli, USA and Australian sites and other ad hock projects required in the finance team. 

 About You

What Will You Do

  • Oversee accounting functions 
  • Manage subsidiaries (IL, US, AU) month-end close processes
  • Compliance with local law in the relevant jurisdictions including preparation of annual statutory financial statements, tax returns, and other reports
  • Support the preparation of consumption tax reporting and filing (sales tax, VAT, GST reports)
  • Cash flow management and payments to vendors
  • Assisting with Company’s special projects as well as Investors requests
  • Interact with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial analysis, reports, and recommendations
  • Write and maintain accounting memorandums
  • Transfer pricing quarterly and yearly calculations
  • Support the establishment of new entities - ERP localization, tax structure and exposures, treasury and bank account management.
  • In charge of overseeing tax policies and process to support our tax strategy (withholding tax, Surplus exp, etc.)
  • AR and AP aging reports management are review


  • CPA with a Big 4 accounting firm experience with at least 3 years experience - a must
  • US GAAP knowledge – a must
  • Experience NetSuite - advantage
  • Fluency English (spoken and written) – a must
  • Strong analytical skills, financial modelling, accounting, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Requires enthusiasm, team communications, service- oriented, hard work and follow‐through
  • Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment that requires multi-tasking, prioritizing, and meeting multiple deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills – a must
  • Familiarity and understanding of transfer pricing models and international tax planning
