Are you passionate about helping customers identify solutions to complex

issues? Do you relish the challenge for finding out why something isn’t working

and then diving deep to identify a root cause? Do you enjoy leading and

presenting complex technical solutions to clients?


Position Summary

Responsibilities

● Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via our support chat system

● Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features

● Analyze, troubleshoot and report product bugs and missing functionalities to the product team

● Learn and provide product education to clients

● Proactively identify patterns and continually look for ways to improve the way the support team

works

● Help design client engagement materials and videos to support Bob clients

Requirements

● Fluent Spanish

●     BA/BS degree or relevant diploma

●     Experience in customer support

●     Experience using help desk software and remote support tools

●     Must have clear, effective written and verbal communication skills

●     Desire to work in a fast-paced ever-changing start-up environment

●     Strong work ethic and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes

●     Multi-tasking abilities

●     Patience when handling tough cases

  

Bonus Points

●      Experience in a SaaS customer support team

●      Experience using tools such as; Intercom, Slack, Guru, Zoom

●      Knowledge of HR and the HR tech space                

●      Familiarity with the HR industry is a plus
