About You
We’re looking for a seasoned leader that has built and/or scaled a partner program within the HR industry to build and scale our implementation partners ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement our global implementation partners strategy
- Work internally with multiple departments on the different aspects of this exciting new initiative - Sales, Legal, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing
- Define and test service partnership business models and certification programs
- Grow a team of Partner Success Managers to support a growing partnership ecosystem
- Scope, define, implement, and operationalise partnership engagements
- Work closely with the partner and the various HiBob teams to guarantee a high quality project delivery;
- Collaborate with commercial partnership team on setting up strategic goals with partners
- Serve as the point of escalation for partners as needed
Requirements
- Experience building or scaling of a service partner program within a SaaS company OR
- Experience working within an HR tech consultancy firm in a leadership role
- Entrepreneurial mind set - you are excited about leading a new strategic initiative
- Leadership without authority - you can set the tone within cross departmental initiatives
