About You

You’ll be passionate about delivering a great customer experience to our users and be well versed in handling anything clients throw your way. A quick learner and serious about making an impact at an organisation set on becoming the number one player in the HCM space. The ideal candidate would be an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step up in their career.

What will you do?

  • Act as the main point of contact for our clients from point of sale through to deployment
  • Lead business and technical discovery conversations to scope and map client requirements and understand their business needs
  • Assess each customer’s business requirements and adapt your advice on how best to configure the platform for them to realise value quickly
  • Build and own the project plan, outlining timelines, tasks, deliverables, and dependencies,
  • Conduct on-site or virtual enablement workshops with customers to facilitate knowledge sharing - customers should leave implementation as Bob experts, able to make any iterations to Bob as their business needs change
  • Identify and analyse project risks & dependencies on an ongoing basis and build a risk mitigation plan
  • Work cross-functionally with our Sales, Dev, Product, & Account teams to manage project scope, gather product feedback, raise feature requests and facilitate a 360 feedback loop between the customer and Hibob internally
  • Analyse operational data and use it to constantly scale and find efficiencies in internal work streams

Requirements

You’ll be great for this role if you have:

  • A proven experience of at least 3 years as an Implementation Manager and/or CSM
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
  • Knowledge of HR - highly regarded
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills needed to liaise with internal/external stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and organisation skills.
  • Excellent excel & data manipulation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think outside of the box
  • Ability to interact with product development teams around delivery/roadmap
  • A can-do approach with the ability to thrive under pressure
