About you
We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Senior Regional Marketer to join our EMEA team and lead the DACH Marketing Strategy. You will be the in-market expert and consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer’s journey.
You’re agile and can piece together the information to build and own a full GTM strategy in DACH. You love the autonomy and 360º approach Regional Marketing provides and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential Marketing growth to the region. You are able to view, understand and build on the “big picture” as part of a global company and yet thrive in the opportunity of a scaleup.

Working hand in hand with Sales and Marketing leadership - of which you will join as part of the DACH local leadership team - you will devise, communicate and lead executing the Regional GTM Strategy Plan to deliver increased market share, building brand awareness, achieving pipeline generation targets, and driving prospects through the buyers’ journey.
Working with the framework of a centralised Marketing strategy, you will develop locally relevant strategies, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities that reinforce HiBob’s mission to be the number one player for modern businesses in the DACH market.
Working with the Head of EMEA Growth Markets to lead the marketing strategy while securing quality execution in the most effective and efficient way. The role understands sales cycles, and works closely with the central Marketing teams, Business Development & Sales team to achieve overall ARR growth targets.
