We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Senior Regional Marketer to join our EMEA team and lead the BENELUX Marketing Strategy. You will be the in-market expert and consider yourself a T-shaped marketer who understands the full funnel of a SaaS buyer’s journey. 

You’re agile and can piece together the information to build and own a full GTM strategy in BENELUX. You love the autonomy and 360º approach Regional Marketing provides and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential Marketing growth to the region. You are able to view, understand and build on the “big picture” as part of a global company and yet thrive in the opportunity of a scaleup.

Working hand in hand with Sales and Marketing leadership - of which you will join as part of the BENELUX local leadership team - you will devise, communicate and lead executing the Regional GTM Strategy Plan to deliver increased market share, building brand awareness, achieving pipeline generation targets, and driving prospects through the buyers’ journey. Working with the framework of a centralised Marketing strategy, you will develop locally relevant strategies, campaigns, and co-marketing opportunities that reinforce HiBob’s mission to be the number one player for modern businesses in the BENELUX market. Working with the Head of EMEA Growth Markets to lead the marketing strategy while securing quality execution in the most effective and efficient way. The role understands sales cycles, and works closely with the central Marketing teams, Business Development & Sales team to achieve overall ARR growth targets. 

The role includes:

  • Develop and execute BENELUX GTM strategic planning inc ABM
  • Support local activation for centralised 360º marketing campaigns, working with the different marketing teams such as Partner marketing, Performance, Customer and others
  • Work closely and align with bus dev and sales teams to achieve overall ARR growth targets
  • Support market research and analysis to evaluate trends with Market Intelligence
  • Measure, quantify and report on strategy and campaign and marketing performance
  • Build and cultivate relationships with key internal and external partners and influencers in the industry
  • Conceptualize and manage both virtual and live events end-to-end, develop partnerships around events, and participate in industry events and conferences

Requirements


  • Relevant experience of managing BLX marketing budgets, aligned to targets while keeping things efficient 
  • +1 year of experience in Demand Generation & ABM experience (working knowledge of 6Sense a plus!)
  • Working in an integrated campaign framework
  • Experience working across mid market and enterprise level business favoured
  • Proactive and a self-starter with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working as part of a scale up global team
  • Fast learner with an entrepreneurial, data-driven mindset
  • Dutch speaker and/or extensive BLX working experience
  • Adapts easily to change
  • Has a good understanding of B2B SaaS
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a compelling communicator
  • Strong organisational, project management and prioritisation skills
  • Team player
