HiBob allows you to fully operate the Bob platform without the use of Bob AI and you may choose not to activate it. If you choose not to, please do not click through this page.
Bob AI features utilize generative artificial intelligence capabilities powered by OpenAI, L.L.C., incorporated in the Bob platform under license. For this purpose, you agree that OpenAI, L.L.C. may act as a subprocessor for the specific purpose of providing you with this feature.

Bob AI is provided “as is” without any further warranties or conditions of any kind. Any express or implied warranties are excluded (including, but not limited to, any warranties or conditions of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, suitability for specific requirements, except to the extent that any warranties by law cannot be validly waived or excluded), as well as any intellectual property rights that may be associated with any content generated by this feature.
By selecting ‘Activate’ , you acknowledge and agree on behalf of your organization that you consent to the transfer of data and information uploaded to Bob AI to said third party, solely for the purpose of using this feature.
Users are advised to consider this when generating prompts and content using Bob AI and should ensure that the use of any generated content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Once confirmed, , you will be able to activate specific Bob AI features, making them available to other users from your organization. HiBob may from time to time update the BobAI features list available to you, allowing you to activate and deactivate features based on your needs.
