Understanding Employee Experience Design (Webinar)

Moving from buzzwords to action

In the world of People Trends, 2019 was all about agile HR. In 2020, get ready for employee experience design.

Throughout all stages of the employee lifecycle, creating experiences which are “by design” is key. The good news is that moving from buzzword to tangible can be easy and inexpensive. All it takes is determination, mindset and tools.

In this webinar, we’ll delve into what is experience design. Providing a new lens to start viewing your own employee lifecycle, and share learnings from industries that have been designing experiences for decades – albeit in a different context.

– What is experience design, and the key attributes of a distinctive experience

– Why HR are perfectly placed to be the architect of future employee experiences.

– A case study from our “through a different lens” workshop: why a roller coaster ride at Universal Studios showcases best in class experience design.

– A simple and practical design tool to use for any stage of your employee lifecycle.
