Morten is a certified experience economy expert from Joe Pine’s Strategic Horizons. He works extensively with experience and transformation design. Devising, planning and achieving business and organizational development. In 2011, he twice received international acclaim for his employee and customer experience design work in public transport. In 2019, he co-founded 5ive.studio. An employee experience design agency based in the Nordics.

 

Steve bio
Steve spent nearly 20 years in recruitment and talent acquisition, founding CCA Recruitment (a specialist customer contact agency) in 1999. In 2015, he discovered a new passion, design thinking. In particular, helping organisations and HR use this mindset when crafting employee experiences. Leading to his latest company, 5ive.studio. An employee experience design agency based in the Nordics.
