By acquiring Mosaic, we brought people and financial data together, enabling HR and finance leaders to plan proactively with shared visibility and fewer surprises. This milestone laid the groundwork for Bob Finance, a new offering that helps companies make smarter, faster workforce and budget decisions. With people and performance data in one place, finance teams can now plan for the future together with HR, leveraging shared insights and impact.
Then, in September, the addition of US Payroll provided scaling US companies with a more straightforward and reliable way to stay compliant and pay people accurately. This new, modern approach to payroll places employee wellbeing and transparency at the heart of payroll, removing friction between HR, finance, and their people.
And we couldn’t talk about 2025 without mentioning AI. This year, we took a two-fold approach:
- AI capabilities were directly embedded into Bob to help our customers and their people work smarter, move faster, and make better-informed decisions. Every AI feature is designed to support, not replace, human judgment. Bob AI helps HR teams generate insights, summaries, and communications quickly while keeping people at the center of every decision.
- We began using AI internally to help our own teams work more efficiently and focus on higher-value tasks. Our work with OpenAI underscored this commitment and highlighted HiBob as a leader in applying people-first AI responsibly across the company.
