How the Integration Works

This is a two-way, real-time integration powered by webhooks and API calls between HiBob and GoGlobal. When HR teams make changes in HiBob—such as adding new hires, updating personal or compensation data, or processing terminations—those changes are automatically pushed to GoGlobal’s BlueOcean platform. The integration supports all standard HiBob fields including demographics, employment, and organizational details. In the reverse direction, payroll-specific outputs such as payslips and tax documents are written back into HiBob and stored in the relevant employee folders. The initial sync imports full employee data, and ongoing updates are maintained via webhooks. A built-in conflict resolution interface ensures data accuracy, and audit logs track all updates to maintain full compliance visibility.
