How the Integration Works

The integration begins with the hiring manager generating a job offer in GetAccept using a prebuilt template. The candidate receives a personalized contract with embedded video and live chat functionality, allowing for an interactive signing experience. Once signed, the candidate’s information is automatically synced to HiBob, where a new employee profile is created and populated with the data from the signed contract. Simultaneously, onboarding begins in both systems: in HiBob with profile setup and in GetAccept with a dedicated onboarding space for document sharing and task tracking. The signed contract is stored in the employee’s HiBob profile, ensuring all relevant data is centralized and accessible. This integration not only reduces manual data entry and errors but also enhances engagement, offering HR full visibility into onboarding progress and document interaction metrics.
